Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in Madrid (Spain)
Personal Branding service
- Starting point: The surgeon had some digital presence, but the personal and professional visibility was mixed, and was not clear. Only a few participations in small aesthetic congresses.
- Solution: We have separated the personal profiles from the professional ones, creating a new account in Instagram, and improving the LinkedIn profile. We have developed a strategic branding plan for 12 months, and we have develop a full project in communication, marketing and branding.
- Objectives achieved: New profiles, 40 followers in 1 day, with a projection of 500 new followers the first 2 months of 2024. 2 congresses closed as speaker, 1 press note in August close, a new website (ends of June) and a new digital identity, with a new logo. Collaborations with 2 national clinics and 1 multinational of the aesthetic environment.
MedTech Company in Belgium
Corporate Branding and full sales, marketing and communication outsourcing
- Starting point: The company developed a 3D app for the Aesthetic environment, but they didn’t have any sales, marketing and communication team. The needed to generate branding, sales, and close distribution contracts and infrastructure network.
- Solution: Since 2021, we are their branding, marketing and sales team, managing all the aspects of the business.
- Objectives achieved: Presence in international congresses (IMCAS, Diad Dial Dubai, ACE London, CCR London, AECEP Madrid – Spain, etc). We have created from scratch the distribution network, closing agreements in Spain, Benelux, France, UK and Dubai. New branding strategy, Full Social Media Management, new digital presence, rebranding of all the sales and marketing materials, and improvement of the website’s visits and SEO from 500 visits per month to 8.500 visits (monthly average) and 20.000 visits when we do social media promotion post.
Cosmetic Doctor in London (UK)
Personal and Corporate Branding service
- Starting point: The doctor was impressed by one of the technology we found to improve her practice, so she wanted to take advantage of being one of the first ones to use it in UK.
- Solution: We sent our production team to record a video to create content for a spezialized aesthetic magazine and website to publish a report and a blogpost talking about the application, positioning her as one of the first Brand Ambassadors of the company that developed the technology.
- Objectives achieved: Press note, blogpost publication, and impact in 39.800 leads in 1 month, communicating the collaboration between the company who developed the technology, the spezialized aesthetic magazine and the websites involves in the branding actions.
Aesthetic and Medical Distributor in Dubai (UAE)
Personal Branding service distribution
- Starting point: The distributor focused their attention on products with high competition, and sometimes, little added value. They needed something that would make them stand out, a useful product or service that would directly and immediately benefit their doctors and surgeons.
- Solution: We offered them the distribution of the Personal Branding service as their own (Deaffrog can act as a white label solution), thus increasing the reputation and traction of their doctors and surgeons, offering something personalized and exclusive that represented a true added value.
- Objectives achieved: The distributor improved their relationship with their clients, as these clients increased their reputation, revenue, and customer base, leading the distributor to achieve new sales of products complementary to those they were already selling.
Medical Foundation in Sierra Leona (Africa)
Corporate Branding service
- Starting point: The foundation needed to enhance its digital presence and brand awareness to attract new members (medical professionals) who would be interested in collaborating with the foundation.
- Solution: We developed comprehensive communication management for both social media and events aimed at fundraising and attracting talent. We took charge of all communication and implemented improvements to optimize their digital presence.
- Objectives achieved: Improvement of their digital presence, assistance in organizing events, sponsorships, and the recruitment of new collaborators and members of the foundation (medical professionals). Appearance in press and television media explaining the project to enhance the foundation’s image and mission.
