- Starting point: The company developed a 3D app for the beauty industry, but it lacked a sales, marketing, and communications team. They needed to generate branding, sales, and close distribution agreements, as well as create an infrastructure network.
- Solution: Since 2021, we have been their branding, marketing, and sales team, managing all aspects of the business.
- Achievements: Presence at international conferences (IMCAS, Diad Dial Dubai, ACE London, CCR London, AECEP Madrid, among others). We have built the distribution network from scratch, closing agreements in Spain, Benelux, France, the United Kingdom, and Dubai. New branding strategy, comprehensive social media management, new digital presence, rebranding of all commercial and marketing materials, and improved web traffic and SEO: from 500 monthly visits to an average of 8,500, reaching 20,000 when we run promotional posts on social media.

Plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Madrid
- Starting point: The surgeon had some digital presence, but his personal and professional visibility were mixed and unclear. He had only participated in a few small aesthetic medicine conferences.
- Solution: We separated his personal and professional profiles, creating a new Instagram account and improving his LinkedIn profile. We developed a 12-month strategic branding plan and carried out a comprehensive communication, marketing, and branding project.
- Objectives achieved: New profiles, 40 followers in one day, with a projection of 500 new followers in the first two months of 2024. Two conferences booked as a speaker, a press release planned for August, a new website (end of June), and a revamped digital identity with a new logo. In addition, collaborations with two national clinics and a multinational company in the aesthetics sector.

- Solution: We offered them the distribution of our personal branding service as their own (Deaffrog can act as a white-label solution), thereby increasing the reputation and reach of their doctors and surgeons, and providing something personalized and exclusive that represented real added value.
- Objectives achieved: The distributor improved their relationships with clients, who increased their reputation, revenue, and patient base, which in turn allowed them to achieve new sales of complementary products to those they already marketed.

- Starting Point: The doctor was drawn to one of the technologies we discovered to improve her practice and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to be one of the first to use it in the UK.
- Solution: We sent our production team to record a video and create content for a magazine and website specializing in aesthetics, with the aim of publishing a feature and a blog post about the application, positioning her as one of the first Brand Ambassadors for the company that developed the technology.
- Objectives achieved: Press release, publication of a blog article, and reach of 39,800 leads in one month, communicating the collaboration between the company that created the technology, the specialized beauty magazine, and the websites involved in the branding activities.
